Jane LV acquired a Master’s degree from the Institute of Cell Biology, Beijing Normal University in 2008, and a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Life Science, Hebei Normal University in 2005.
Jane started her career as a patent engineer in 2011, and was qualified as a China patent attorney in 2012. During a continuous dozen years of working in famous civil and international law firms, Jane has accumulated rich and extensive experience on handling the cases in the fields of Biology, Medicine, Pharmacy and Chemistry, involving patent drafting and filing, office action response, provision of legal advice, and re-examination and invalidation prosecution. Jane serves international law firms, technology companies, universities and research institutes.
Jane acquired the qualification of China attorney at law in 2021.
Jane’s working languages are Chinese and English.
